I'm located in Austin and offer faceups at reasonable prices.
Currently I use pastels, water color pencils, Windsor and Newton paintbrush restorer, Windsor and Newton Gloss, pearl powders and only seal with MSC UV-cut. I can install eyelashes as well but they will need to be provided with the head. If you want eyelashes but do not have any, I charge $6 (going rate @ KL). If you wish to have painted on liner or something like that I can do it, but I prefer the pencils because they are much less messy.
If you are in the Austin area, I don't mind coming and doing your faceup at your house, as long as your dorrie is clean for me. The process usually takes a couple hours. The longest part of the process is waiting for the sealant to dry. If s/he needs to be cleaned up, then my turn around is usually less than a week (about 3 days) depending on the weather - I do not charge to remove the previous face. If it's raining a lot I can't do faceups, so please allow for that if you have given me your head to paint. If you live outside the Austin area, and need to ship your head to me, I ask for $3 additional for shipping.
My faceups tend to last for about a year with rough and constant play. I seal the bejeebus out of the heads, and so by the time I'm done there is something close to a dozen layers of MSC.
